PORTAL ACCESS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

As a client of TSG Financial Strategies LLC (“TSG Financial”), by selecting the “I Agree” button, I elect to participate in the password-protected access portion of TSG Financial’s Internet web site. I understand that my participation will allow me to review certain financial-related information published by TSG Financial and unaffiliated third parties. This password-protected access is made available to clients of TSG Financial free of charge. This authorization shall continue until canceled in writing.

I understand that the password-protected client portal is powered by independent service providers engaged by TSG Financial to provide reporting and other services to you, our client.  The client portal allows you access to information pertaining to your investment portfolio(s) and account(s), in addition to a secure document vault. 

To safeguard confidential client information, I understand that TSG Financial will assign an individual password to me. I agree not to share my password with any other person. I hereby release and hold TSG Financial harmless from any adverse consequences relative to any failure by me to keep the identity of my password secure.
